What these terms cover
The terms apply to the website, journal text, images, Artifact Lens, Historical Strata, Object Cabinet, Reading Route Builder, Field Index and any message sent through the Editor’s Desk.
jexudavipolicy record / 02These terms define how the public journal, interactive reading tools and editorial submission route may be used. By continuing to use Jexudavi, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.
Jexudavi offers editorial interpretations of public marketing objects and historical context. The journal can support discussion and research, but it is not a substitute for legal, financial, research or campaign-performance advice.
The terms apply to the website, journal text, images, Artifact Lens, Historical Strata, Object Cabinet, Reading Route Builder, Field Index and any message sent through the Editor’s Desk.
Dates, provenance and context are checked where practical, but some objects remain incomplete or ambiguous. Editorial conclusions are reasoned readings, not declarations that a past tactic will work again.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service, evade technical controls or use automated extraction in a way that harms availability or ignores stated permissions.
You may read, bookmark, link to and quote brief extracts with clear attribution. Republishing a complete article, image set, interface or substantial part of the journal requires written permission.
Referenced brands, products and archived materials may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance provides context and does not imply endorsement, partnership or transfer of rights.
You confirm that your field note does not unlawfully disclose confidential information, personal data or protected material. Provide provenance and permissions where an image or document is not your own.
The editor may request evidence, shorten a proposal, decline it or suggest a private reading route. Sending a note does not create an employment, consultancy, agency or publication relationship.
If a contribution is accepted, Jexudavi will confirm the material, editing scope, credit and permission required for publication. Until then, your proposal remains a review submission rather than licensed journal content.
Markets, audiences and constraints differ. You remain responsible for research, permissions, testing and business decisions made after reading an article or using an interactive route.
The journal may correct a source, revise an interpretation, remove an object or change an interactive tool. Continuous, error-free or permanent access is not promised.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jexudavi is not responsible for indirect loss arising from unavailable pages, incomplete source material or a decision based solely on editorial content.
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new filed date. Continued use after publication of revised terms means the revised terms apply from that point.
