Cancellation
& Refunds.

Jexudavi is currently a free public journal. This page explains what that means, how to withdraw an editorial request and what information would apply if a paid service were offered separately.

No checkout, subscription or paid archive access is offered on this website.

Plain-language summary

No purchase means no journal refund.

The homepage does not sell a subscription, report, consultation or downloadable product. Reading, using the interactive tools and sending a field note do not create a charge. If a separate paid engagement is ever proposed, its price and cancellation terms must be agreed before work begins.

01 / public access

Journal pages are free

Current articles, image-led records, the Artifact Lens, Historical Strata, Object Cabinet, Reading Route Builder and Field Index are available without payment. There is no recurring plan to cancel.

02 / submissions

Withdraw a field note

You may ask the editor to stop reviewing an unpublished submission. Include the email address used, approximate submission date and object description so the correct record can be located.

03 / published material

Withdrawal after publication

If material was published under a separate permission, contact the editor with the accession number. Correction, credit changes or removal will be considered against the agreed scope and legitimate archival needs.

04 / no payment collection

Do not send card details

The Editor’s Desk asks only for contact and field-note information. Never include card numbers, bank details, credentials or other payment information in the message field.

05 / unexpected charge

Check the merchant record

Because this site does not process payments, a charge labelled by another merchant should be raised with that merchant or your payment provider. You may also notify Jexudavi if the journal name appears to have been misused.

06 / future paid work

Separate terms come first

If Jexudavi later offers a paid workshop, research engagement or publication product, the deliverables, price, schedule, cancellation window and refund conditions will be shown or agreed before payment.

07 / work already delivered

Completed stages are identified

For separately agreed work, any non-refundable completed stage, commissioned third-party cost or delivered digital file must be stated in the proposal. A vague “no refunds” label will not replace clear project terms.

08 / rescheduling

Timing depends on the agreement

A rescheduled session or review would follow the notice window in its written scope. The public journal itself has no booked attendance, delivery slot or renewal date.

09 / editorial outcomes

No guaranteed publication or result

Payment, if separately agreed, would cover the defined work rather than a guaranteed campaign result, publication decision or commercial outcome. Editorial judgement and market response cannot be promised.

10 / request route

Provide enough context

For a withdrawal or query, state whether it concerns a free submission or separate written agreement. The editor will identify the applicable record and explain the next step.
