Policy.

This policy explains what information reaches Jexudavi, why the editorial team uses it and which choices remain with you while reading or submitting a field note.

A small public form should require a small, clearly described record.

What enters the archive.

You can read the journal without creating an account. Personal information is provided only when you contact the editor. Basic technical records may also be created by hosting and security systems needed to deliver the site.

01 / information you provide

Field-note submissions

The editor form asks for your name, email address, artifact context, written note and permission to reply. Please remove confidential campaign data, customer records, credentials and material you are not authorised to share.

02 / technical records

Site delivery

A hosting provider may process an IP address, browser details, requested page, time and security events to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Jexudavi does not use this public site to create advertising profiles.

03 / editorial purpose

Why information is used

Submission details are used to answer your question, evaluate provenance, request clarification and decide whether a proposed object fits the journal. A submission is not published merely because it was sent.

04 / permissions

Publication requires a separate decision

If the editor wishes to publish your words, name or supplied image, Jexudavi will first confirm the scope and credit. You may decline publication while still receiving an editorial response.

05 / local preferences

Cookies and browser storage

The cookie panel stores your essential-only or accepted preference in local browser storage. That choice prevents the panel appearing repeatedly. Clearing site data removes it and lets you choose again.

06 / service providers

Limited operational access

Hosting, email and security providers may process information only to perform their service. Jexudavi does not sell contact details or provide the editor list to unrelated marketers.

07 / retention

Keeping useful records

Unaccepted proposals and routine enquiries are retained only while a response, provenance check or follow-up remains useful. Published records may remain in the journal archive, subject to agreed credit and later correction where appropriate.

08 / your choices

Access, correction and deletion

You may ask what submission information is held, correct an inaccurate record, withdraw a proposal or request deletion where applicable. The editor may retain a minimal record when needed to document a completed request or legal obligation.

09 / security

Practical safeguards

Access is limited to people who need the information for editorial or operational work. No online service can promise absolute security, so the public form should never be used for secrets or sensitive personal data.

10 / scope changes

Policy updates

If the journal adds accounts, paid products or materially different tracking, this page will be revised before those practices are introduced. The filed date above identifies the current record.
